As you prepare to sit your Junior and Leaving Certificate exams, we at the Kerry Peer Support Network want to wish you the very best of luck! Remember, while these exams are important, they do not define you as a person.

Exam stress is natural, but don't let it overwhelm you. Here are some tips to help you manage:

- Take Regular Breaks: Studying for long hours without breaks can be counterproductive. Short breaks can help refresh your mind.

- Stay Active: Physical activity can reduce stress and improve your mood.

- Sleep Well: A good night’s sleep can enhance memory and concentration.

- Stay Hydrated and Eat Healthily: Your brain needs fuel to function at its best.

- Talk About It: Share your worries with friends, family, or a support network.

Remember, no matter the outcome, you have many paths to success ahead of you. Good luck!
